The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 227 E. Prince Street, Beckley, WV 25801 and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: Defendant be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendant on a date certain. That Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for unlawful entry and detainer under §50-4-5.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT it is ordered the NEIL REEVES do serve upon the Raleigh County Magistrate Court, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 14, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against NEIL REEVES at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
