INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for the new Raleigh County Sheriff Headquarters building, will be received in the office of the Raleigh County Commission, 116-1/2 Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801 on Tuesday, April 4, 2022 until 4:00pm. All complete bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Raleigh County Commission on April 5, 2022 at 10:00am.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon request to:

The project involves supply, delivery, installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment and removal of all packaging materials from the site.
Bidders interested in submitting bids shall contact the Architect. Email Bid Package requests to Meredith Aliff [email protected] and a Bid Package will be sent out. There is no deposit required for Bid Packages and all printing costs incurred by bidders are the responsibility of the bidders and are non-refundable.
After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
