Please take notice that on March 3, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct the following public hearings: 1. an application for Certificate of Appropriateness for a fa ade alteration at 749 Main Street, North Wheeling Historic District, legally identified as part of lots 25 & 26 on the Map of Old Town; 2. the request to demolish the following contributing structure in a historic district: 3530 Eoff Street, South Wheeling Historic District, legally identified as lots 5 & 6 in Square 14 of the Sprigg and Ritchie Addition to the City of Wheeling.
