PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a final hearing on the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility duly filed in the Family Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking to be awarded custodial allocation of the parties’ child shall be held before the Honorable Matthew D. England, Family Court Judge, in the Family Court located at 213 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
Further, notice is hereby given that your custodial allocation may be affected in this proceeding. Amber Fisher may appear and defend any such action for custodial allocation within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said period, you may not receive further notice in this matter.
