NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIAIRES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of Marie Trussell, deceased
All persons having claims against the Estate identified above, whether due or not, are
notified to exhibit same, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned, at 101 South
Queen Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia 25401, on or before the date which is ninety (90) days
after the first publication of this Notice which is published once a Week for two (2) successive
Weeks, otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefit of said Estate. All beneficiaries of
said Estate may appear or request in Writing on or before said day to examine said claims and
otherwise protect their interests.
