BY THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
MAGISTRATE VACANCY ANNOUNCED FOR
NOVEMBER 2020 GENERAL ELECTION
Pursuant to W. Va. Code 3-10-3 and 50-1-6, as a result of the resignation of the former holder of Raleigh County Magistrate, Division 2, a vacancy for the unexpired term for that office will be placed on the November 3, 2020 General Election ballot.
A special candidate filing period is established pursuant to W. Va. Code 3-10-3(e), and eligible candidates shall file a certificate of announcement and the statutory $575.00 filing fee with the Raleigh County Clerk by no sooner than August 3, 2020, and no later than August 18, 2020.
