NOTICE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC MEETING AND COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF OLD COUNTY ROUTE 15
RIGHT-OF-WAY (0.05 MILE) LOCATED IN GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The West Virginia Division of Highways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of Old County Route 15 Right-of-way, beginning at a point on US 92, said point being 0.68 mile south of the junction of US 92 and CR 92/9; thence westerly following the Old CR 15 alignment for 0.05 mile and ending, as located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Total length to be abandoned is 0.05 mile.
The District is requesting the abandonment on behalf of affected property owners.
