Located at 100 Main Street / 2461 Charleston Road, Poca, West Virginia, 25159. All bids received shall be opened in public and the amount of each bid announced and recorded at 4:01 p.m. at Poca Town Hall. Poca Town Council has established a minimum bidding reserve of $26,000.00 (twenty-six-thousand dollars) for the property.
