In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated March 29, 2018, in the original principal amount of $59,595.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 2018 at Page 04339 as Instrument No. 180000871 .
