You are hereby notified that your parental rights to A.N.H. (DOB: 1/17/2009) may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Fayette County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioners, Marie C. Bechtel, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on December 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. before the Hon. Thomas Ewing, Judge, in the Fayette County Cirucit Court Annex, 100 Church St., Fayetteville, West Virginia.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
