Notice is hereby given that AMERICAN BITUMINOUS POWER PARTNERS, L.P. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PO BOX 159, 228 ABPP DR, GRANT TOWN, WV 26574 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 1 release on Permit Number S200904 Increment Number 4 issued for 27.5 acres.
The permit is located in Fairmont District of Marion County, 0.5 miles northwest of Barrackville on an unnamed tributary of Moody Run, two unnamed tributaries of Falls Run, and an unnamed tributary of Finches Run of Buffalo Creek of Monongahela River.
AMERICAN BITUMINOUS POWER PARTNERS, L.. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP completed backfilling and regrading on 10/4/2019 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $50,400.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 3/11/2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
