Notice is hereby given that AMERICAN BITUMINOUS POWER PARTNERS, L.P. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, PO BOX 159, 228 ABPP DR, GRANT TOWN, WV 26574 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV, 26416-600 for a Phase 3 release on Permit Number S200904 Increment Number 2 issued for 94 acres.
The permit is located in Fairmont District of Marion County, 0.5 miles northwest of Barrackville on unnamed tributary of Finches Run of Buffalo Creek of Monongahela River.
AMERICAN BITUMINOUS POWER PARTNERS, L.P. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, completed final reclamation on 9/1/2013 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $24,120.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until June 28, 2020, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
