Notice is hereby given that LP MINERAL, LLC, 317 Cleveland Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 292.84 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number S200314 to operate a surface mine with augering in the Waynesburg-Monongahela GP, Waynesburg A-Dunkard GP, and Washington-Dunkard GP seam of coal and all splits thereof. The proposed operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of Little Paw Paw Creek of Paw Paw Creek of Monongahela River and is located 1.5 miles east of Grant Town (Nearest Post Office) in Paw Paw District of Marion County, Longitude 80°09’06” Latitude 39°33’46”.
