The revised permit will discharge into Right Fork and Laurel Branch of Armstrong Creek: Laurel Branch, Unknown Branch, Hickory Camp Branch and Unnamed Tributaries of Pain Creek, all of the Kanawha River and is located in the Valley District of Fayette County and is located 2.5 miles Southwest of Powellton, Longitude 81 f 21′ 38.0″ and Latitude 38 f 4′ 2.0″.
