Notice is hereby given that RAMACO RESOURCES, LLC 250 W MAIN ST, SUITE 1800. LEXINGTON KY 40507 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Mining and Reclamation (DMR) located at 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV 25601 for an Article 3 permit for the surface disturbance of approximately 29.22 acres in order to Operate a Loadout and contour surface mine in the 2 Gas — Kanawha; Eagle — Kanawha; Powellton — Kanawha, and all associated splits seam of coal.
The proposed operation is discharging into Clay Branch and Unnamed Tributaries of Big Cub Creek of Guyandotte River of Ohio RV and is located 0.19 miles, Southwest of Coal Mountain in Clear Fork District of Wyoming, Longitude 81 43 39 Latitude 37 40 52

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the surface mining application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 28th, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
