ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that Kingston Resources Inc., 600 Resource Drive, Scarbro, WV, 25917 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number U300496 in order to add 10.15 acres and delete 4.25 acres to the permit for the construction of an additional opening site, two access roads, and a temporary spoil storage area. It is noted that portions of the proposed disturbance are within 100 feet of Fayette County Route 23/3. The revised permit will discharge into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Milburn Creek and Town Creek of Paint Creek of Kanawha River and White Oak Creek of Clear Fork of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 4.0 miles northwest of Pax in Plateau District of Fayette County, Longitude 81 f 18′ 33″ and Latitude 37 f 57′ 50″.
