Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for permit number S300212 held by Princess Polly Anna & JCT Enterprises LLC, 304 Ruffner Dr., Lewisburg, WV 24901. This application will assign Commonwealth Mining, LLC, 430 Harper Park Dr., Suite B, Beckley, WV 25801 as an operator on the permit named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by 04/30/2015, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the notification will be available until 04/30/2015, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
