Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by June 12, 2015, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until June 12, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
