The operation is discharging into Milburn Creek of Paint Creek of Kanawha River and is located 4.5 miles, northwest of Pax in Valley District of Fayette County, Longitude 81 f 18′ 26″ and Latitude 37 f 58′ 09″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
