ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that Boxley Aggregates of West Virginia, LLC; HC 40, Box 49, Lewisburg, WV 24901 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q302286 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254. Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 in order to remove sandstone by conducting quarrying operations. The operation is discharging into North Sandbranch and South Sandbranch Creeks of Paint Creek of the Kanawha River and is located 2.3 miles, northwest of Prosperity in the Town District of Raleigh County, Longitude 80 f 15′ 00″ and Latitude 37 f 51′ 28″. Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until September 25, 2015, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication.
