Notice is hereby given that Consolidation Coal Company, 46226 National Road, St. Clairsville, OH 43950 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental protection, 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416, for an Incidental Boundary Revision (IBR) to existing mining Permit No. U-78-83, in the Pittsburgh seam of coal for the purpose of adding 2.85 acres for the addition of an injection hole, a dewatering hole and associated waterline/access areas. An acreage limitation waiver is also being requested. The proposed operation is to discharge into Unnamed tributaries of an unnamed tributary of State Road Fork of Pyles Fork of Buffalo Creek of the Monongahela River and is located 2.3 miles northwest of Metz in Manning District of Marion County.
