ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING SERVICES Barbour County School's Consolidation Project Barbour County, WV Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Barbour County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for Middle school / High School Consolidation project. An Expression of Interest must be made by January 20, 2026, by contacting Rick Daugherty at 304-457-3030 or [email protected] In addition to this project the qualifying firm should be available to fulfill the following needs of Barbour County Schools: 1. Any emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather for the period of time specified in Section 4. 2. As funds become available for non-SBA-funded work, Barbour County Schools is interested in provisions for architectural and engineering services toward fulfillment of building and ground renovation, additions and upgrades. 3. In the event any future SBA funds become available to augment/supplement the Life skills classroom project, the services of the qualifying firm will be needed. 4. This commitment will be re-evaluated on an annual basis and renewed upon mutual agreement of Barbour County Schools and the qualifying firm for up to two (2) years for projects, and in accordance with WVDE policy 8200.
