ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING SERVICES Pursuant to W.Va. Code 5G-1-3, the Administrative Council for the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural / Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for Interior Building Renovations at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. Qualified firms are invited to contact Ryan Haught, Director ([email protected] or 304-684-2464) at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, 2134 North Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, WV 26170. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
