ADVERTISEMENT AND REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Berkeley County Board of Education is requesting Expressions of Interest from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide Pre-Bond Planning Services in support of a proposed school bond initiative. Services will include facility planning, cost estimating, and scheduling for multiple school sites within the district. The scope of this solicitation is limited to pre-bond services. However, subject to the approval of the Superintendent and the Board of Education, the selected firm may be eligible to compete for future design and construction phase services , should the bond be approved by voters and funding awarded by the West Virginia School Building Authority (SBA). Any such future services would be procured through a separate selection process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
