Fireworks Display Bidding Opportunity
The Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission are accepting sealed proposals for a 3-year contract for a Fireworks Display for our annual Independence Day Celebration to be held at dark on the Saturday before July 4th each year with a rain date of Sunday. A date of July 1, 2017 has been set with a rain date of July 2, 2017. Complete copies of the RFP are available on the county parks and recreation website at http://www.jeffersoncountywv.org/county-government/bids-rfps. A copy may also be picked up at the Jefferson County Community Center, 235 Sam Michael’s Lane, Shenandoah Junction, WV 25442. Questions may be directed to Jennifer Myers, [email protected].
All proposals must be received no later than 9:00 a.m., Monday, August 1, 2016. At that time, the sealed proposals will be opened and read aloud.
The Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids when in their reasoned judgment the general public shall be better served thereby.
