Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator of the City of Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, at the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, until 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time, Friday, July 17, 2015. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time.
