FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Rivesville, 142 Main Street, PO Box 45, Rivesville, West Virginia 26588 until 3:00 pm, local prevailing time, Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Bids will be opened and read publicly at 7:00 pm.
Proposals are for the purchase of a dump body, spreader, snow plow, and related equipment, all of which are to be installed by vendor on a 2016 Ford F-550 with a 141 inch wheel base.
Persons making proposals may be present at said meeting in support of proposals tendered in writing by 3:00 p.m. The Town of Rivesville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities therein or to extend the aforementioned deadline.
Copies of the specifications for the dump body, spreader and snow plow may be obtained from the Town Hall located at 142 Main Street, Rivesville, WV between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for: Dump Body, Spreader and Snow Plow, and the envelope should bear on the outside the name and address of the BIDDER. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Mayor, Town of Rivesville, PO Box 45, Rivesville, WV 26588.
