MOUNTAIN COASTER ACCESS ROAD – AMLER FUNDED PROJECT Separate sealed bids will be received by the Owner, Chief Logan Recreation Center, Inc., located at 505 Conference Center Drive, Chapmanville, WV 25508 for construction of an access road for the Amler funded Mountain Coaster Access Road project. The deadline for receipt of bids is April 7,2026 at 2:00 PM Local Time for products, materials, construction activities set forth in the Form of Proposal. Bid will be received at the office of the Owner located at Chief Logan Recreation Center, 505 Conference Center Drive, Chapmanville, WV 25508 up until the bid deadline. All proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will then be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on March 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chief Logan Recreation Center, 505 Conference Center Drive, Chapmanville, WV 25508. Contractor's or other interested parties attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory. The contract to be bid upon are described as follows: Includes installation of approximately 1,533 L.F. of new road construction, drainage and road base. The total completion time for each individual contract is as specified in the Bid Proposal for that contract. State and Federal Prevailing wage rates do not apply to this project.
