CITY OF LEWISBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT
LEWISBURG, WEST VIRGINIA
ROOF REPLACEMENT
Sealed proposals for a Replacement Roof Project, Lewisburg, West Virginia, will be received by the City of Lewisburg Police Department at 119 Preston Boulevard, Lewisburg, West Virginia, until 4:00 PM on Friday, August 05, 2016. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids received later than the above time and date will not be accepted. No conditional Bids will be received.
The work for which Bids will be received is generally described as follows:
Purchase and installation of 30 year architectural asphalt shingles, removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles, and replacement of any damaged roofing. Subject structure is located at 119 Preston Boulevard, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Construction time limit for this contract is ninety (90) calendar days.
Bidders shall commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed by the Owner and to fully complete the project within the time limit as stipulated in the Contract Documents. Bidder agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $100.00 for each consecutive day thereafter as provided in the Information for Bidders and General Conditions.
The City of Lewisburg Police Department and/or City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. A Bid specification sheet is available at the office of the Lewisburg Police Department located at 119 Preston Boulevard, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
