ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS COMMUNITY CARE OF WEST VIRGINIA UPSHUR COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA INTEGRATED HEALTH AND EDUCATION CENTER General Notice Community Care of West Virginia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Integrated Health and Education Center T60-11088 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Community Care of WV Care Express Conference Room located at 77 West Main St. Buckhannon, WV 26201, until Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 1:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a new 4 Story, 41,676 square foot Integrated Health and Education Center in Buckhannon, WV, featuring steel frame, masonry and fiber cement fa ades, storefront and curtain wall systems, and deep foundations. The interior features a large two-story Lobby space, Lab Facility, Pharmacy, Exam and support spaces for various healthcare services, and Education Spaces. The Work will be substantially completed within 570 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 600 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
