ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS HARRISON COUNTY SCHOOLS CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING & INSPECTIONS MCKINLEY ARCHITECTURE + ENGINEERING Sealed Bids for the Harrison County Schools project will be received by the Owner, the Harrison County Board of Education, at its Administrative Offices, 445 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV, 26302, until 11:00 am local prevailing time on March 25, 2026, at which time and place all accepted bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. After opening, the bids will be compared as to quality, thoroughness, and cost by the Harrison County Board of Education and its Architect, McKinley Architecture + Engineering. In general, the project consists of an open-ended agreement to complete material testing and inspections as needed for the Robert C. Byrd Renovation and Addition Project.
