ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MONONGALIA COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION MORGANTOWN HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATIONS – PHASE 2 McKINLEY ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING Sealed Bids for the Project listed above will be received by the Owner, the Monongalia County Board of Education, at 1751 Earl L Core Rd, Morgantown, WV 26505, until 1:00 pm local prevailing time on March 31st , 2026, at which time and place all accepted bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. After opening, the bids will be compared as to quality, thoroughness, and cost by the Owner and its Architect, McKinley Architecture and Engineering In general, the Work included in this bid package consists of the renovation of the Front of House Serving Area. The scope includes replacement of all interior finishes, replacement of serving equipment, and necessary upgrades to MEP systems to support the new layout and equipment and other Work indicated in the Bidding Documents.
