At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid West Virginia Contractor's License and a minimum of 5-years' experience in work required. The Project T60-11388 includes the following Work: Removal of existing asphalt shingle roof systems and installation of new asphalt shingle roof system.
