ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project 2025-035 The Administrative Council of Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, WV will receive bids for New Classroom Building at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time on April 30, 2026, at the office of the Fred W Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for April 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm, at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, 208 Morton Avenue, Buckhannon, West Virginia 26201. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect's Project Management Website. Login credentials will be sent to plan rooms, all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder's registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. Fred W. Eberle Technical Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid.
