A mandatory pre-submission meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. (EST) on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Public Safety Building located at 500 Quincy St., Fairmont, WV 26554.
The City Manager reserves the right to reject any part or all proposals or to waive any irregularity in any proposal when he deems such action advantageous to the City of Fairmont.
