Notice is hereby given that JMAC Leasing, Inc., PO Box 900, Sandy Hook, KY 41171 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protections (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number S401499 in order to change the Post Mining land Use for Increment 10 from Forestland to Light Industry to facilitate gas well activity.
The revised permit will discharge into Toney Fork/Huff Creek of Ohio River and is located 1.0 miles, Northwest of Cyclone, in the Oceana District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81deg. 43′ 54.0″ and Latitude 37deg. 44′ 48.0″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the surface mining application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 28, 2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
