ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that Marfork Coal Company, Inc., PO Box 457, 370 Packsville / Marfork Road, Whitesville, WV 25209 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for an Incidental Boundary Revision to Article 3 permit number U-3021-00 in order add 2.48 acres for a new permit total of 114.02 acres in the Middle Cedar Grove seam of coal. A variance to exceed acreage limitations for Incidental Boundary Revisions is also being sought, with the new permit total exceeding IBR acreage limits by 69.42 acres. The revised permit will discharge into Slip Ridge Branch, Beetree Branch, Pheasant Branch of Birch Fork and Brushy Fork of/and Little Marsh Fork, Unnamed Tributaries of/and Horse Creek,and Sturgeon Fork of/ and Dry Creek all of Marsh Fork and unnamed tributary of Sycamore Creek of Clear Fork, all of Big Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 1.90 miles Southwest of Dorothy in Marsh fork District of Raleigh County.
