The revised permit will discharge into MARSH FK of KANAWHA RV and is located 0.8 mile, Southeast of ECCLES in the TRAP HILL District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 15' 48" and Latitude 37° 46' 18" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
