The revised permit will discharge into UT of/and Open Fork of Loop Creek of Kanawha River; UT of/and Taylor Branch of Loop Creek of Kanawha River; UT of/and Cassidy Branch of Dempsey Branch of Laurel Creek of New River of Kanawha River; UT of/and Dempsey Branch of Laurel Creek of New River of Kanawha River; UT of/and Wilson Branch of Jenkins Branch of Laurel Creek of New River of Kanawha River of KANAWHA RV and is located 2.8 miles, Southeast of Kincaid in the Valley and New Haven District of Fayette County, Longitude 81° 13' 35" Latitude 38° 1' 13".

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the surface mining application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until January 31st, 2026, or ten (10) days from date of final publication.
