Notice is hereby given that Metcore LLC, 7103 Oakbrook Street SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546, has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Mining and Reclamation (DMR) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for an Article 3 permit for the surface disturbance of approximately 214.31 acres in order to add 1.8 acres of mineral removal area inside the existing bonded area in the Fire Creek seam of coal. The proposed operation is discharging into an unnamed tributary of Sewell Creek of Meadow River of Gauley River and is located 1.0 miles northeast of Spring Dale in New Haven District of Fayette County, Longitude 80° 47' 47" and Latitude 37° 53' 30".
