Notice is hereby given that LOADOUT LLC, Suite 100, One Carbon Center, Chesapeake, WV 25315 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 52 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 , for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number O500415 to Open and operate a coal preparation plant in the N/A seam of coal.

The operation is discharging into Stonecoal Branch of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River and Gibson Branch of Fifteenmile Fork of Cabin Creek of the Kanawha River and is located 2.0 miles, northeast of Dorothy in CLEAR FORK District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 25' 29" and Latitude 37° 58' 9" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
