The operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of/and Bowyer Creek of Piney Creek and unnamed tributaries of/and Take-In Creek of Piney Creek and unnamed tributaries of/and Beaver Creek of Piney Creek all of the New River of Kanawha River and is located 2.2 miles, northwest of Ghent in Shady Spring Disrict of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 8' 12" and Latitude 37° 38' 38" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until December 12th, 2025, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
