AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that The Kingsford Manufacturing Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a new scrubber replacing two (2) existing fabric filters located on Route 219, two miles South of Parsons, WV, in Tucker County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.079883 and -79.691224.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of December, 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
