AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Armstrong Hardwood Flooring Company – Beverly Plant has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a hardwood flooring manufacturing facility located on Route 250 South, Beverly, in Randolph County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 4296.88 Northing, 597.41 Easting, UTM Zone 17.
The applicant estimates the change to potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: None.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 3rd day of June, 2015. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
