AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Cytec Industries Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a Chemical Manufacturing Unit located on State Route 2, in Willow Island, in Pleasants County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.3560868, -81.3128239.
The applicant estimates no increase in the potential to discharge Regulated Air Pollutants.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of September, 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
