AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Synthetic Minor Permit for a Natural Gas Transmission Station to be located on Ellison Ridge Rd, near Flat Top, in Summers County, West Virginia.
The potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Particulate Matter less than 10 microns, 1.76 tons per year (TPY); Particulate Matter, 1.76 TPY; Sulfur Dioxide, 0.03 TPY; Oxides of Nitrogen, 30.26 TPY; Carbon Monoxide, 68.06 TPY; Volatile Organic Compounds, 10.32 TPY; Hazardous Air Pollutants, 0.04 TPY. The facility is currently in operation
