AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Fairfax Materials, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-C General Permit Registration for a concrete batch plant located on D&W Lane, Parsons, in Tucker County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Lat: 39.10222, Long: -79.67750
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 0.13 TPY NOx; 0.03 TPY CO; 0.005 TPY VOC; 0.001 TPY SO2; 45.31 TPY PM-10; 115.89 TPY PM; 150 TPY CO2e; 0.0003 TPY Formaldehyde.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 29th day of December, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
