AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Ken & Coy Rock Co., Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration for a Nonmetallic Minerals Processing Plant to be located off of County Route 97, NE of Pineville, in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.60484, – 81.49061
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 35.56 TPY of PM and 11.58 TPY of PM-10.
In addition, the applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from a diesel engine will be: 3.44 TPY of NOx; 2.93 TPY of CO, 10.18 TPY of SO2, 3.65 TPY of PM10 and 0.13 TPY total HAPs.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 10th day of June, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
