AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice of Application

Notice is given that Appalachian Aggregates, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality for a Modification to their R13-2152A Permit for Ingleside Quarry for a crusher, screen, and five (5) conveyor belts. The facility is located off of I-77 southbound (Blake Road) near Princeton in Mercer County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.302569, 81.062738.

The applicant estimates an increase in the potential to discharge for the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 12.46 tons per year (tpy) of which 0.12 tpy are fugitive, PM10 of 5.94 tpy of which 0.06 tpy are fugitive, and PM 2.5 of 0.90 tpy of which 0.01 tpy are fugitive.

The facility is operational. The additional equipment will be installed on or about April 30, 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304 for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
