Description:
Notice is given that Cornerstone Processing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G10 General Permit Modification for a coal preparation and processing plant or coal handling operation located on Rt. 13, near McComas, in Mercer County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: (Lat: 37.39194deg., Long: -81.30056deg.. The applicant estimates the Increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 293.83 tons per year of particulate matter (PM) of which 275.52 tons per year are fugitive emissions and 89.94 tons per year of PM10 of which 81.32 tons per year are fugitive emissions.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the (1st) day of (December), (2019). Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
